Privacy & Data Use

Visa documents are sensitive. This page explains exactly how we handle them — in plain English.

Used for review only

Documents you upload are used solely to assess and prepare your visa application. We do not sell, rent, or share them for marketing, training AI models, or any other purpose.

Encrypted & isolated

Files are stored in a private storage bucket. Each user has their own folder; cross-user access is blocked at the database level.

Limited access

Only authorized TraveliQ reviewers may view your files, and only when actively working on your case. Access is auditable.

Yours to delete

You can request deletion of your account and uploaded documents at any time. We will remove them from active systems.

What we collect

  • • Account: email and password (stored hashed).
  • • Profile: nationality, residence, and trip details you enter during onboarding.
  • • Documents: files you upload to your visa checklist (passport, bank statements, etc.).
  • • Lead contact: name, email, phone if you request a service from our team.

How long we keep it

Documents and account data are retained while your application is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us; we will remove your data from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

AI document review

When you opt in to AI review, the contents of that specific document are sent to our AI provider strictly to generate the review you requested. The provider does not retain your file or use it to train models. Reviews are saved to your own account so only you can see them.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Contact us using the link below — we typically respond within 5 business days.
